Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning to select suitable Contractor(s) for provision of the above package.

II.         EXPERIENCE & RESOURCES OF YOUR COMPANY & MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 

1. Please provide a list as attached form (answer file, sheet “Answer ll-1”) about your experiences of same business NSRP requesting as Polymers (preferred PP) packing operation using High Speed Automatic FFS (Form, Fill and Seal) Bagging Machine. It should include your group companies (Mother Company, Subsidiaries of Mother Company).
2. Please provide a list as attached form (answer file sheet “Answer ll-2”) about your experiences of similar business NSRP requesting as Polymers (preferred PP) Warehouse operation. It should include your group companies (Mother Company, Subsidiaries of Mother Company).
3. Please provide a list as attached form (answer file sheet “Answer ll-3”) about your experiences of same business NSRP requesting as Polymers (preferred PP) container handling operation. It should include your group companies (Mother Company, subsidiaries of Mother Company).
4. Please provide a list as attached form (answer file sheet “Answer ll-4”) about your experiences of same business NSRP requesting as Polymers (preferred PP) container handling operation in jetty (stevedoring) using Ship-To-Shore (STS) gantry crane. It should include your group companies (Mother Company, Subsidiaries of Mother Company).
5. Please describe your company experiences in handling warehousing with using Supply Chain Management System or Warehousing Management System with using IT Tag or barcode system and
