1. Main responsibility
– Daily advise GL accounts in Purchase requisition.
– Check invoices and other relevant supporting documents related to fixed assets.
– Check reports related to inventory/fixed assets in fixed asset/inventory management system which are submitted by relevant departments/sections in compliance with internal procedures; reconcile these reports and submit to reviewers.
– Check accounting entries in accounting system related to inventory/fixed asset.
– Prepare inventory settlement rule and any data related to asset transfer, asset loss, etc and submit to reviewers on monthly basis.
– Book other accounting transactions (if any) related to inventory/fixed asset.
– Prepare amortization/price change run for inventory.
– Prepare reconciliation file of inventory/amortization calculation.
– Prepare FS notes related to inventory.
– Prepare and participate on inventory/fixed asset physical count at the end of year.

2. Other tasks

– Update accounting regulations including VAS, accounting system and IFRS related to NSRP project
– Assist to prepare internal policy and procedure for Leader’s review
– Assist Leader to develop SAP system related to accounting department
– Other related accounting tasks as required by Leaders or CAO

‘- Educational Level: University Graduated
– Work Experience: More than 3 years’ working experience in Accounting field, especially experiencing oil and gas industry/manufacturing/companies.
– Specialty/ Qualification: Experienced with accounting and tax fields as follows:
+ Accounting and tax controlling
+ Vietnamese Accounting Standard (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)
+ Having knowledge corporate Income Tax (CIT), Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT), and Value Added Tax (VAT)
– Skills:
+ English language skills
Have good verbal and written communication skill, report writing and presentation skills.
+ Software skills: Have knowledge of Microsoft Office products (including Word, Excel, and Power Point, Outlook), and Internet
+ Accounting knowledge: Have practical knowledge related to general accounting & tax regulations and accounting issues in manufacturing companies or company with construction investment phases and/or companies operating in oil and gas industries.
+ Personal skills: Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Confidentiality, Time Management, Problem-solving skill and Adaptability.
