– Provide an efficient integrated auditing system, aimed at ensuring adherence to the company policy, as well as to continuously identify possible system and performance improvements.
– Provide direct supervision to activities within the area and ensure that the manpower requirements and personnel competencies in a service providing contractor are met and recommend the changes of service contents and qualities to achieve the highest plant safety and performance.
– Guide, direct and motivate subcontractors including the setting and monitoring of performance standards and assessing training needs in association with the training team.
– Provide support on daily operation, service control for all matters relating to overall outsourcing services.
– Assess the qualifying of outside services, employees, and contractors to ensure competence and compliance to the required job requirements and specifications.
– Work with Authority to solve issue related to work permit, visa and other requirement.
– Take part in discuss, review/revise all kinds of contracts for outsourcing service in cooperation with Accommodation supply staff before proposing to management.
– Prepare and coordinate the completion of various data and analytics reports.
– Develop and control budget for the assigned areas
– Develop, test, and maintain procedures and guidelines to support the organization in the implementation of, and compliance with, internal policies and/or external regulations.
– Build own capabilities and those of direct reports. Provide specialized training or coaching to others throughout the organization in area of expertise.
– Explain the local action plan to support team members in their understanding of what needs to be done and how this relates to the broader business plan and the organization’s strategy, mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.
– Contribute to the formation of a key element of functional strategy through specialist expertise and insights, to ensure that the strategy meets business needs.

– Bachelor degree on service relation, logistics or equivalent.
– Min 10 years experience in Service relation, logistic, canteen control, office cleaning or other related fields. Working in oil & gas field, manufactory is a plus.
– Min 5 years’ experience in all aspects of managing for outsourcing service, multi-use facility required.
– Knowledge of outsourcing service: suppliers, quality, price of transportation, clinic, housekeeping, canteen and other relating to these services
– Knowledge of administrative service: law requirement, supplier, quality, service, cost
– Knowledge of visa, work permit and other requirement for foreign employees.
– Supervisory skill: able to monitor work perform by staff in term of quality, time schedule, cost spending
– Leadership skill: able to motivate subordinates
– English skill: able to communicate verbally and write work instruction / procedure
– Planning skill: able to set priority, control daily activities
– Ability to assess the situation
– Target setting skill
– Ability to fulfill one’s duty.
