– Communicate and coordinate with all divisions, departments to prepare NSRP Master Budget
– Provide analysis between budget/actual, propose recommendation for decision making on timely basis
– Prepare what-if (or scenarios) analysis to identify the impact of market fluctuation to Budget and future forecast
– Prepare monthly management accounts and monthly/quarterly analysis reports & other required finance reports to NSRP Management/ Sponsors/ Lenders/ Authorities
– Control and verify Budget, transfer Budget, for all expenditure/spending/contract amendment in NSRP followed Procurement Approval Procedure
– Maintain, improve and develop Budget processes, procedures and system. Ensure Budget policies and procedures are followed and sufficient controls are in place
– Perform other ad-hoc as required by supervisors-

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Auditing or Corporate Finance
– ACCA/ CIMA/CFA/CPA qualification is preference
– At least five years’ experience in multi-national or foreign companies or projects
– Experience with SAP system is an advantage
– Good practical English skills in speaking and writing
– High team work spirit
– Good communication skills
– Strong commitment to accuracy
– Well organized
– Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word and Power Point
– Problem-solving skills

Thanh Hoa Base:

• Address: Nghi Son Economic Zone, Hai Yen Commune, Nghi Son District, Thanh Hoa Province
• Working time: Monday – Friday (8:00 – 17:00)
