The responsibility of the Senior Shell AMS Project Engineer as a minimum shall consist of the
followings:
– Plan, develop and implement the AMS project
– Manage the project to meet safety, quality, time requirements
– Monitor project progress and set deadlines
– Proactively solve issues as they arise in the project
– Ensure stakeholder satisfaction with the project
– Evaluate project performance
– Work with team members and other Divisions/Departments PICs for planning, developing and
executing the project
– Budget management.
– Act as coordinator for all Shell AMS interaction with Shell

Educational Level: University Degree in Engineering or Project Management.
Work experience:
– > 8 years of work experience in either project (preferred), operational
plant (refinery, power plant, petrochemical) or technical consultancy.
– At least 3 years’ experience working in projects (EPC environment, FEED, management of end user projects etc.) or in the development and implementation of management systems.
– At least 2 years’ experience managing a team (preferably in a project environment).
– Experience in using management systems, procedures, process workflows and engineering/technical standards is required.
– Work experience in a consultancy, 3rd party or insurance company developing, implementing or auditing management systems would be beneficial. (Preferred not mandatory).
– Specialty/Qualification: Project Management Certification (PMP) – preferred not mandatory.
Skills :
– Development and management of project plans (including effective
project milestone setting).
– Coordination with project stakeholders from various disciplines to ensure
– Budget and time management.
– Personnel management (including work planning).
– Proficiency English skills in speaking, writing, reading and listening.
– IELTS 6.0 or equivalent
