On January 21, PetroVietnam Technical Services Joint Stock Company (PTSC) officially handed over a newly built ship named PTSC 07 – big Line-handing boat – one of items under the Service package supplying the tugs boat and maritime services for NSRP.
From NSRP’s side, the handover ceremony witnessed attendance of Mr. Shintaro Ishida – General Director; Mr. Yoshihiro Fujikata – Commissioning Manager; Mr. Phan Thanh Hai – Section 6 Manager and all Berth Master, Section 6 Operating Staff and SPM Unit.
On behalf of PTSC representatives, there were participation of Mr. Nguyen Tran Toan – Deputy General Director of PTSC; Mr. Le Chien Thang – Director of Nghi Son Ship Project; Mr. Le Van Nga – Chairman of PTSC Thanh Hoa Company; Mr. Pham Hung Phuong – Director of PTSC Thanh Hoa Company and members of Nghi Son Ship Project Management Board.
The project of supplying newly built ships and maritime services for NSRP has been implemented since the end of 2016. In the initial period before putting the newly built ship into service, PTSC and PTSC Thanh Hoa have provided tugboats, specialized ship to serve oil vessels, Very Large Crude Carrier (VLCC) in and out of NSRP’s port very successfully, safely which are highly appreciated by customers.
After the manufacturing the new ship, under the supervision and coordination of NSRP with satisfying all standards of VR Registration, the first new ship – PTSC 07 with Line-handing duty at the port was officially presented at the NSRP’s port to carry out services for NSRP since January 21st 2019.
Delivering speech at the handover ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tran Toan – Deputy General Director of PTSC expressed his sincere thanks to the close coordination and effective support of NSRP for the newly built ship project. With a newly built fleet of modern designs, advanced engines and imported equipment from the EU, US and G7, PTSC believed to further improve the quality of services, meeting the requirements of mobility, modernity and ensure safe operation, especially in extreme weather in Nghi Son.
Also at the ceremony, the parties gave souvenirs to the representatives of PTSC 07 and NSRP’s Section 6 to appreciate the support of NSRP and the operation team.
According to the plan, the small Line-handing boat PTSC 08 is on its journey and are going to be handed over on January 30th, 2019. The remaining 6 newly built ships are being under completion progress in order to hand over early to NSRP with the aim to put a new and modern fleet into operation for NSRP .
