FOR STATIONERY, DAILY ITEM & DRINKING WATER AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT

“Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for the procurement of Stationery, daily item & drinking water and office equipment (the Services) in order to select a suitable supplier for provision of those Services for NSRP for 3-years. The tentative dates of starting the Services will be in July 2025.

If your company is interested in this procurement package, please respond to all the questions in the questionnaire in Part 1 – Survey Questionnaire and send through email hau.ptt@nsrp.com.vn. The email must reach to the email address above no later than 21^st Feb 2025. The response submitted via email must be clearly marked with the following tittle:

Part 2. Pre-Q Questionnaire criteria

Potential candidate is evaluated PASS and selected to form the short-listed bidders if Bidder’s answer meets all the following requirements

• Tick at least one of category in Question no. 1 and answer (Yes) from Question no. 2 to question no. 5.
• Provide sufficient and acceptable evidence/documents for Questions from No.2, No. 3, No.4. Otherwise, the candidate is evaluated FAIL.
