On the morning of October 5, 2025, representatives from Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical LLC (NSRP) and the company’s Union joined local authorities at the Party Committee headquarters of Tượng Lĩnh commune to deliver emergency aid to residents severely affected by Typhoon No. 10 (Bualoi).
Tuong Linh was among the hardest-hit areas in Thanh Hoa province, where widespread flooding left many households in dire conditions. In a timely and compassionate response, NSRP and the Union provided a relief package including 5 tons of rice (valued at approximately VND 70–80 million) and VND 100 million in cash to the commune’s leadership to support recovery efforts.

The NSRP delegation was led by Mr. Hiroaki Honjo, Administration and Corporate Affairs Manager, and Mr. Le Ngoc Loan, NSRP Trade Union Chairman, along with other team members. Local officials from the Party Committee, People’s Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuong Linh were present to receive the support.
