NSRP demonstrates social responsibility by supporting Hai Binh Ward residents after Storm No. 10

In a meaningful act of community support, on the morning of October 22, 2025, Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical LLC (NSRP), in collaboration with its Trade Union, donated VND 100 million to assist residents of Hai Binh Ward in recovering from the severe impacts of Storm No. 10 (Bualoi).

Hai Binh Ward, located adjacent to the Nghi Son Refinery, was among the hardest-hit areas, with numerous households suffering roof damage and significant losses in property and livestock.

The donation was formally presented at the headquarters of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Binh Ward. Representing NSRP Management and employees were Mr. Hiroaki Honjo – Administration & Corporate Affairs Department Manager, and Mr. Le Ngoc Loan – Chairman of the company’s Trade Union, underscoring the solidarity and compassion of NSRP’s leadership and workforce toward the local community.

“We firmly believe that with unity and determination, Hai Binh Ward will soon overcome these challenges and continue to grow stronger,” said Mr. Hiroaki Honjo during the handover ceremony.

On behalf of the Hai Binh Ward’s authorities, Mr. Tran Van Son – Chairman of Vietnam Father Land Front’s Hai Binh Ward expressed heartfelt gratitude to NSRP and its employees for their timely and meaningful support.

This initiative reflects NSRP’s ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility and its strong, enduring relationship with the surrounding communities, particularly those in close proximity to the refinery.
