As the Year of the Snake begins, NSRP Management reaffirms its commitment to employees by honoring those working through the Lunar New Year. Led by Deputy General Director Mr. Pham Van Chat, General Manager of the Refinery Mr. Le Nguyen Quoc Vinh, NSRP Trade Union Chairman Mr. Le Ngoc Loan, Trade Union Vice Chairman Mr. Le Dinh Bang, accompanied by Division Managers and Section Managers visited office buildings and site shelters on New Year’s Eve, recognizing the dedication of staff who ensure the refinery’s smooth operation.
While the Lunar Tet Holiday typically brings families together, many NSRP employees remain on duty, embodying the company’s core value of Safety. To express gratitude, representatives of the Management, Trade Union and leadership team delivered Lucky Money envelopes and warm wishes to both day and night shifts, lifting spirits and reinforcing appreciation for their hard work.
The visit also acknowledged contractor personnel, including clinic staff and security teams, emphasizing the collaborative spirit essential to the refinery’s success. Employees expressed their appreciation, with one Maintenance Division member noting, “It’s heartwarming to see our efforts recognized, especially during this special holiday.” Another staff from Operations – Section 6 also shared: “Joy fills the air as peach blossoms bloom, warm handshakes from the delegates exchange trust, and bustling ships carry oil to distant shores. The team’s cheerful spirit adds a meaningful touch to this shared journey.”
Additionally, Trade Union representatives visited employees in residential areas, showing care for those spending Tet holidays in Thanh Hoa to standby for duty calls. This initiative underscores NSRP’s commitment to creating a supportive work environment, ensuring every employee feels valued, even when duty calls.
