Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of General spare parts of steam turbine single stage to select suitable supplier for supply the good.

QUESTION 2: Does your company have any reference contract for provision of DRESSER RAND or Elliott Ebara or Triveni single stage turbine spare part supplying to Oil &Gas industry (refer to attached list)?

If yes, please provide list of contracts for provision of turbine spare part in last 3 years.

QUESTION 3: Does your Company have ISO 9001 Series certified?

If yes, please provide copy of ISO certificate.

QUESTION 4:  Does your company have a policy of after sale services to customers (warranty condition and workflow how to response for any request from customer)?
