– QA/QC – Support defining, setting up process, monitoring, reporting, KPIs, benchmarking
– Responsible for regularly, random monitoring/reporting of quality system of repairs for his/her
discipline
– Responsible for providing training in his/her areas across the company
Reliability, engineering
– Responsible for discipline failure investigation
– Responsible for maintenance strategy [PM] optimization – KPIs, benchmarking reporting
– Responsible for discipline Bad Actor – define process a manage the process
– Responsible for discipline Bad Actor – make sure the system is complied with standard
– Support for technical standards – develop, updating, make sure that a new technique, procedures,
ideas, regulatory requests are implemented and properly communicated in NSRP
– Review all maintenance and inspection reports to ensure all repair recommendations and potential future vulnerabilities are captured and remedial action resourced and planned.
– Develop long term repair/ replacement strategies in order to manage asset life and obsolescence and tofit with the Refinery TA plan.
– Ensure that the CMMS (Maintenance Management System) database for all equipment has the correct technical details, master maintenance documents and properly scheduled preventive maintenance to achieve the Asset Care Policy RCM
– Review reliability information, data in Maximo [failure mode, cause coding………]on the continual basis to ensure that these are properly used.
– Responsible for units’ availability, reliability analysis, benchmarking + bad actors specification on regular basis
– Responsible for Equipment unreliability [ for his/her maintenance discipline] monitoring, improvement recommendation on regular bases
– Responsible for maintenance strategy development, updating, optimization [TBM, CBM, RtF…] in Maximo for his/her discipline
– Responsible for new, upgrade legislation – monitoring and implementation to M&E process [ to
Maximo] for his/her discipline and area of technical authority
– Responsible for legislation tasks, Mnt.strategy tasks [in time completion] – monitoring/reporting for his/her discipline
– Responsible for technical support during complicated and repeated repair for his/her discipline
– Responsible for standard of repair – development, management, monitoring, improvement for his/her discipline
– Responsible for providing training in his/her areas across the company

Requirements |
Specialty/Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in either petroleum, rotating, mechanical
Work Experience:
– Min 7 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in oil and gas
– Min 5 year engaged in actual site activities includes but not limited to troubleshooting, commissioning, operation, preparation for daily and turnaround maintenance and so on.
Skills:
– Skilled in carrying out equipment strategy such as RCM
– Skilled in maintenance activities including daily activities and turnaround planning and activities
– Skilled in RCA and troubleshooting
– Good understanding on rotating equipment design practices and standards
– Skilled in CMMS Maximo and/or SAP
– Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel, and have the ability to learn new systems quickly.
– Skilled of oil and gas, refinery and petrochemical process and maintenance philosophies.
– Skilled in written and verbal communication skills
– Skilled multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills.
– Skilled in team leading
– Advanced in read, write, and speak English.
