NOTICE OF SALE PLAN

FOR SALE OF 38,000 KL OF GASOLINE RON 95

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is preparing for spot sale of Gasoline Ron 95 with following details:

• Product: GASOLINE RON 95
• Quantity: 38,000 KL +/- 5% at Seller’s option
• Delivery schedule: 25-30 June 2024

If your company is interested in purchasing GASOLINE RON 95 from NSRP, please contact us via email with attention to Ms. Hoang Thi Sam, email: sam.ht@nsrp.com.vn, copy to dean.anthony@nsrp.com.vn ; naoki.kawasaki@nsrp.com.vn to obtain a full set of Invitation To Bid Documents (ITBDs).

You are requested to attach the detailed company profile and a notarised copy of the business/enterprise registration certificate to your email to obtain the ITBDs.

Please submit an electronic copy of your proposal in locked file with the authorized signature and company stamp via email to sam.ht@nsrp.com.vn, copy to dean.murphy@nsrp.com.vn and naoki.kawasaki@nsrp.com.vn no later than 15:00 (Vietnam Time) of  18^th June 2024 (the Proposal Closing Time).

Proposals submitted after the Proposal Closing Time shall not be considered.
