NOTICE OF SALE PLAN

FOR SALE OF UP TO 40,000 KL OF DIESEL OIL 500PPM

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is preparing for spot sale of Diesel Oil 500ppm with following details:

• Product: DIESEL OIL 500PPM
• Quantity: Up to 40,000 KL +/- 5% at Seller’s option
• Cargo size: From 10,000 KL to 40,000 KL+/- 5%/ cargo
• Delivery term: FOB/FCA NSRP Port, Thanh Hoa, Vietnam
• Loading mode: Ship and/or Pipeline and/or Truck
• Delivery schedule: 24^th-31^st March 2025

If your company is interested in purchasing DIESEL OIL 500PPM from NSRP, please contact us via email with attention to Ms. Hoang Thi Sam, email: sam.ht@nsrp.com.vn, copy to dean.murphy@nsrp.com.vn to obtain a full set of Invitation To Bid Documents (ITBDs).

You are requested to attach the detailed company profile and a notarized copy of the business/enterprise registration certificate to your email to obtain the ITBDs.

Please submit an electronic copy of your proposal in locked file with the authorized signature and company stamp via email to sam.ht@nsrp.com.vn, copy to dean.murphy@nsrp.com.vn no later than 10:00am (Vietnam Time) of  13^th March 2025 (the Proposal Closing Time).

Proposals submitted after the Proposal Closing Time shall not be considered.

Special note: your proposal must be locked, and password shall be sent to NSRP upon request.
