On September 28, 2023, NSRP Firefighting team has received a commendation from the Ministry of Public Security in a live broadcasted event to commemorate units and individuals for their outstanding contributions in firefighting and rescue activities.

This event coincides with the 62^nd anniversary of Fire Prevention, Fire, and Rescue Police forces (October 4, 1961 – October 4, 2023) and marks 22 years of dedicated firefighting service (October 4, 2001 – October 4, 2023).

The commendation event witnessed the representatives of National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and General To Lam, the Minister of Public Security. These leaders praised the importance of security and safety in people’s lives, emphasizing the Party’s commitment to ensuring a happy and secure life for the citizens. Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue also expressed his admiration for the sacrifices and achievements of our compatriots, officers, and soldiers in disaster response and prevention.

Firefighting and rescue work may not involve gunfire, but it demands unwavering courage and a heroic spirit. Each time these brave firefighters and rescuers spring into action, they risk their lives to save others.

In recognition of their exceptional service, Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and Minister To Lam presented souvenirs and certificates of merit to the NSRP Firefighting team. This honor places NSRP among a select group of individuals and organizations recognized for their innovative approach to fire prevention and firefighting.
