The Lunar New Year at NSRP: Fostering care and ensuring operational safety

In the early days of the Lunar New Year, representatives of NSRP Management Board, Leadership Team and the Trade Union Committee of Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical LLC (NSRP) organized a “Tet Greetings” program across various operational areas and units on duty throughout the refinery.

This activity is not just an annual New Year greeting; it serves as a special occasion to express gratitude to the employees who work tirelessly during the Tet holiday, those who ensure the system operates safely, stably, and continuously during this festive transition.

At each location, representatives of the Management Board, Leadership Team and the Trade Union Committee personally visited, listened to the staff on duty, and offered warm New Year wishes to all. Their presence at the site reflects a deep concern, a spirit of partnership, and a commitment to share responsibilities.

Whether on New Year’s Eve or the early days of the year, operational staff maintained a high level of focus, strictly adhered to procedures, and prioritized safety above all else. This professional spirit and sense of responsibility have significantly contributed to the stable operation of the refinery during the holiday.

The “Tet Greetings” program once again reaffirms NSRP’s overarching message: Safety has no holidays. Safety culture is not just embodied in slogans; it is practiced through concrete actions, from individual duty personnel to the collective commitment of the Leadership Team.

As we step into the New Year with numerous goals and challenges ahead, NSRP continues to aim for safe, reliable, and sustainable operations, grounded in unity, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to risk management.
