NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN- WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning to find a service provider for Waste Management Service.

The objective of this Contract is to provide waste management services to ensure the safe, efficient, and legally compliant management of all types of waste generated from NSRP’s refinery operation activities during commercial operation, turnaround phase and abnormal situation as well as includes participation in external environment protection activities organized by NSRP or local authority on special occasions such as World Environment Day, etc.

The Contractor shall be responsible for providing comprehensive waste management services, including but not limited to the collection, transportation, classification, labeling, storage, treatment, recycling, reuse, and final disposal of waste. All services must be performed in accordance with Vietnamese environmental laws and regulations, NSRP’s Waste Management Plan, and applicable standards, laws and regulations.

To deliver these services effectively, the Contractor shall mobilize and maintain sufficient and qualified manpower, along with the necessary tools, equipment, vehicles, and materials throughout the contract duration.
