Brief Scope of Service

Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (“NSRP”) is a joint venture company located in Nghi Son Economic Zone, Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam.

The Refinery operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. There are approximately 1,300 NSRP employees working at the Refinery and Ha Noi city in which there are around 600 peoples may go through occupational disease check-up.

The refinery is equipped with a Clinic center which shall be operated by a medical service provider in compliance with legal requirements and the requirements of NSRP.

The Service scope includes legal compliance, clinic operations, emergency preparedness, medical equipment supply, and health checkups. The provider must adhere to Vietnamese regulations, maintain clinic licenses, and conduct regular audits. Operations involve qualified personnel (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, ambulance drivers), standardized procedures, and reporting to NSRP. Emergency protocols and a 24/7 hotline must be in place, coordinated with local services for emergency drills and responses.

The provider is responsible for medical equipment, consultations, inventory management, and ensuring health checkups comply with legal requirements. Additional duties include risk assessments, health education, hygiene inspections, and outbreak response.

The provider must maintain qualified staff, provide two ambulances at site, manage personnel schedules, and cover costs for resources, including equipment and interpreter services. Payments for health services are based on actual usage. This framework ensures NSRP employees’ health and compliance with regulations.

The primary objectives are to establish an advanced health management system and high-standard clinic for NSRP employees, ensuring legal compliance and providing comprehensive healthcare services, including medical exams, consultations, medication dispensing, emergency response, and occupational health management.
