NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN FOR PROCUREMENT TO PROVIDE LOCAL INSURANCE SERVICE

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement to provide Local Insurance services.

If your company is interested in this procurement package, please fill in and complete the questionnaire below then send email to diu.dtm@nsrp.com.vn   with subject “PROCUREMENT TO PROVIDE LOCAL INSURANCE SERVICE ” by 20 Apr 25 at the latest. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

Please answer the questions below:

QUESTION 1: Please provide a soft copy of your Insurance Business Operating license (issued by Ministry of Finance).

QUESTION 2: Please state the amount of equity as reported in your financial statements audited for the year 2024

QUESTION 3: Please advise if your company has been rated by AM Best or Standard & Poors? If yes, please advise the ranked rating.

QUESTION 4: Is your Company in the list Top 10 Vietnamese Insurers (in term of Revenue)?

QUESTION 5: Please advise if your Company is allowed to issue, collect premium/fee and pay the claim in foreign currency, particularly for NSRP Project. If yes, please provide the evidence

QUESTION 6: Please provide a similar contract in which your company has acted as local fronting insurer, and that your participation is not lower than 50%, and:

+ Covering for a Project Finance,

or

+Covering for Project with a material damage sum insured of USD 1.3 billion or more.

QUESTION 7: Since 2018, has your company issued any local fronting insurance policies for Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical LLC’s for its Property/Liabilities? If yes, please advise your local retention in these policies.
