NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN PURCHASE LUBRICANT FOR ROTATING EQUIPMENT

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of Lubricant to select suitable supplier for supply the good.

If your company is interested in those procurement packages, please fill in and the complete questionnaire below then send email to trang.lth1@nsrp.com.vn  “Response for Questionnaire “Purchase Lubricant for Rotating Equipment” by 7th Oct 2024 at the latest. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

Question 1: Does your company have the necessary business licenses and permits to provide lubricants to the market?

If yes, please provide us with the evidence

Question 2: Does your company have experience related to the supply of lubricants for the industrial field for more than 3 years?

If yes, please provide us with details of 2 POs that supply lubricants, as shown in the table below, or 2 copies of the POs/contracts.

• General description of the contracts/POs;
• Contract value and duration;
• Dates of the contracts/POs;
• Name of clients (if possible)
• Lubricant distribution letter (if available)

Question 3: Does your company provide technical support after the sale, including workflow responses for service checks and lubricant analysis?
