Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for Firefighting and Rescue Equipment (the Goods) as Attachment 1.

For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

Part 1. Survey questionnaires

QUESTION 1: Does your company have a business License/ enterprise registration certificate for supplying Firefighting and rescue equipment?

QUESTION 2: Is your company OEM/ authorized distributor of OEM in Attachment 1?

QUESTION 3: Can your company provide Certificate of Origin and Certificate of Quality/Certificate of Conformance & Warranty certificate (at least 12 months depending on item or as per manufacturer’s policy) issued by the Manufacturer of Goods.
