Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for Purchasing Special Personal Protective Equipment (SPPE) (the Goods) as attachment 1Attachment 160125

QUESTION 4: Does your company have at least three (3) years of experience supplying PPE in the oil and gas production industry.

If yes, please provide at least 03 contracts that meet NSRP requirements.

QUESTION 5: Does your company provide Certificate of Origin and Certificate of Quality/Certificate of Conformance issued by Manufacturer, Warranty certificate (at least 12 months) issued by the Supplier, Inspection Certificate from the Vietnam Department of Work Safety, as required by Circular No. 01/2021/TT-BLDTBXH.
