SURVEY QUESTIONAIRE AND SCREENING CRITERIA FOR PROVIDE DEVICE And SERVICE FOR VIBRATION ANALYZER and LASER ALIGNMENT DEVICE

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of device and service for vibration analyzer and laser alignment device.

Condition monitoring of rotating equipment is an essential component for reliability, especially for critical equipment. Early detect abnormal condition of equipment will support us make shutdown plan for corrective maintenance to avoid unexpected damage on equipment is necessary. Currently, there is online monitoring of equipment via MMS, but it does not cater for high resolution data (rapid data) capture which is needed during critical times to determine machine health. NSRP does not have the tools to do high resolution vibration diagnostics. This tool proves crucial during troubleshooting, start-ups, and snapshots of machine health. The multi-channel analyzer will provide advanced diagnostics capabilities to determine machinery faults. It is necessary for reliability improvement of equipment and item was submitted to Capex committee and it was approved. Following our plan, NSRP would like to purchase a high-resolution machine as mentioned.

There are 02 portable devices to offline vibration data collect and 02 laser alignment device which support for daily maintenance activities. All of them reaches to calibration date and need to send out to service to check and calibration. The calibration will help us have accuracy device and tell us the correct value of reading data. Therefore, NSRP would like to send out for recalibration.
