SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRE FOR VALUATION SERVICE FOR ASSET LIQUIDATION

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning to select suitable suppliers for valuation service for asset liquidation.

If your company is interested in this service, please fill in and complete questionnaire below then send email to hau.ptt@nsrp.com.vn  “Response for Questionnaire NO LATER THAN 17^th NOV 2024” at the latest. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

QUESTION 1: Are you in the list of qualified appraisers for valuation practice, in valuation companies in accordance with Circular 1315/TB-BTC issued on 29 December 2023?

QUESTION 2: Do you have experience about the asset valuation and deal with the tax exemption?

If yes, please provide the documents (number of appraisers, years of experience and certifications)

QUESTION 3: Do you have at least 2 years’ experience in the valuation of the asset in oil and gas industry?

QUESTION 4: Does your company apply the valuation methods issued by the Vietnam Valuation Association?
