Subject: Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Community Emergency Preparedness & Response Project

PURPOSE:

To form shortlist bidders from the long-listed bidders approved in the Bidding Strategy for the Community Emergency Preparedness & Response Project’ package, in compliance with NSRP’s Procurement Procedure, the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire has been developed as follows.

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is preparing to implement the Community Emergency Preparedness & Response Project (the Service) and is seeking a suitable supplier to provide the Service for Y2025. The Service is tentatively scheduled to commence in August 2025.

If your company is interested in this procurement package, please respond to all the questions in the questionnaire in Part 1 – Survey Questionnaire and send through email hau.ptt@nsrp.com.vn. The email must reach to the email address above no later than 21^st Apr 2025. The response submitted via email must be clearly marked with the following tittle:

“Community Emergency Preparedness & Response Project”
