HR Officer (Employee Relations)

The position will be in charge of the following responsibilities:

• Handle labor issue arising in the company
• Coordinate with Trade Union, local labor authority and other stakeholder in promoting labor activities such as dialogue at workplace, Labor Conference, Trade Union Conference
• Coordinate with concerned parties to labor relation-related issue, including disciplinary actions, grievance issues,..
• Plan and coordinate with relevant parities to organize employee relation events and other initiative to drive employee engagement and labor relations
• Implement research and analysis on employee relation issues, update labor law and applicable law related to benefits of employees.
• Prepare related reports as requested
• Develop/update related policies and procedures
• Other tasks as requested by direct supervisor.

•  Bachelor degree in human resources, business administration, foreign languages, laws or related field. Law background is preferred.
• SHRM or any Labor law training certification are preferred
• 4-8 years experience in foreign companies. At least 3 years experience working in labor management/labor relations/law related field.
• Working in oil & gas field/manufacturing is a plus
• Have good knowledge of Labor Law
• Strong communication in English and very good writing skills
