Production Analysis Officer

Refinery Planning Department is looking for candidates for the position Production Analysis Officer with JD as below:

• Coordinate with Divisions in the Refinery to establish their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze Divisions’ KPIs and prepare gap analysis report(s).
• Develop Long-Term / Mid-Term / Annual Production Plans.
• Analyze production results and financial figures, prepare gap analysis reports(s).
• Coordinate closely with other Sections to identify opportunities to improve profits.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Section Manager and/or other superiors.

Background: A bachelor’s degree in Refining/Chemical/Petrochemical engineering or equivalent

Work Experience: Min 5 year’s experiences in Oil Refining/Petrochemical Plant or equivalent

Skills:

• Knowledgeable with refining process technology, operation.
• Excellent Knowledge and understanding of performance management
• Min 1 year’s experiences in Strategy planning Plant Business & Analysis and related work
• Report writing, communication, training and presentation skills
• Strong decision-making abilities under high pressure and innovative to generate the new ideas.
• Minimum TOEIC – 600 or Equivalent
