Project Engineering Coordinator

For this position, minimum works are as follows:

• Evaluate technical and economical aspects of proposals for new or revamping facilities submitted from within and from outside the company and prepare the plan after approval.
• Establish the plan of new or revamping facilities after having considered profitability and safety.
• Leads the front-end development of projects including definition and planning, estimating, requests for endorsement and approvals
• Preparation of Project Execution Strategies and Plans
• Develop cost estimate for MOCs/Projects.
• Track and control progress of project with regards to compliance to HSSE, standards, schedule, cost and quality
• Site supervision of construction activities carried out by contractors to ensure safe execution and quality delivery.
• Change control management to ensure that changes are minimized.
• Develop Contracting and Procurement Strategies/Plans for all phases of the project leveraging on NSRP Procurement section expertise.
• Development of the scope of work, ITB and contract, bid evaluation and award of contracts to Contractors.
• Evaluate technical and economic aspects of proposals for new or revamping facilities submitted from within and from outside the company and prepare the plan after approval.
• Develop work plan with contractors, operations, maintenance and all relevant parties for execution with minimum interruption to operating plant.
• Interface with Operations, Technical, Disciplines Engineering, Maintenance & contractors/vendors for smooth execution
• Ensure successful turnover of the plant to commissioning team and final documentation handover
• Update and manage technical documents related to new or revamping facilities.

• Educational Level:    University Graduate (Mechanical/Chemical/Equipment Engineering)
• Work Experience:

• Minimum 8 years as Project Engineering Management with  process Engineering background; Or design of piping and static equipment design background in the oil and gas industry.
• Prefer to have Turnaround execution experience.
• Have experience in using Primavera P6/ Autocad or 3D software as PDS, SP3D, Naviswork, etc.
• Have experience in oil&gas EPC project with the size is equal or more than 70% NSRP.

• Skills:

• Knowledgeable with process design, process operation and have the experience in detailed engineering studies that includes economic analyses, process simulations, and project-related activities. Or knowledgeable for mechanical/piping design engineering with ASME BPVC Section 8-Div.1 / Piping ASME B31.1/ B31.3
• Proficiency in safe operations of process units, including familiarity with process safety elements such as MOCs, HAZOPs and behavioral safety.
• Experience in the use of software such as Primavera and AutoCAD or Other software for design work.
• Report writing and presentation skills
• English skills IELTS 5.0
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
