Responsibilities	Involve in extensive collaboration with different department stakeholders across NSRP to transform company’s practice consistent with its goals and objectives. Work with Initiative Owners on daily basis for initiative progress. Work with Finance on Initiative Benefit Calculation alignment. Keep the Transformation Office System updated with Initiative progress. Coach Initiative Owners on Project Management, Transformation Wasy of working etc. Conduct brainstorming sessions with divisions to generate new ideas and initiatives. Support leadership and guidance to align with various operations and support Services Company wide. Support overall leadership associated with all support services and technical disciplines in the design or re-engineering of the company’s overall system. Manage this high risk and complex initiatives from initiation through to completion and will be responsible for the design and implementation of operational support plans to ensure sustainable implementation and ongoing adoption of the new processes. Support Workstream Champions and Workstream Leads on weekly basis to manage and control of activities/initiatives. Other tasks assigned by Management.
Requirements	Engineering background. Working experience in operations/technical/Refinery Planning. Transformation mindset to identify improvement opportunities. Ability to challenge status quo. Learner mindset to learn new things. Open to work with multiple divisions. Good to be involved in any transformation initiative in past (optional)
