NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN FOR PROCUREMENT TO PROVIDE BUILDING POWER SUPPLY AND HVAC SYSTEMS

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of spare parts for building power supply and HVAC spare parts to select suitable supplier for supply the good.

For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

Please answer the questions below:

QUESTION 1: Does your company business license of OEM such as Trane, L&T, LG, Climasa, etc…have the function to supply materials, tools and equipment for Oil and Gas industrial HVAC system?

If yes, please provide detail evidence.

QUESTION 2: Did your company have any complaints about non-compliance, failure, or failure to produce the goods for the material supply contracts?

1.     Yes

2.     No

If yes, please provide detail evidence.

QUESTION 3: Did your company have provided the materials of Trane, L&T, LG, Climasa, etc…?

1.  Yes

2.  No

If yes, please provide at least 03 copies of detailed material of biggest executed contracts/ purchase orders (preferably for refining petrochemical plants) within recent 5-year for reference (may not include the detail cost).

QUESTION 4: Does your Company have policy of after sale services and warranty/guarantee to customers.
