Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for CVs for the role of Electrical Supervisor in Electrical Section – Maintenance Division. Electrical supervisor is responsible for supervising and managing maintenance site works for electrical equipment and system, ensuring that the job is completed in adherence to safety, quality, progress objectives.

• Develop Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) and relevant documents for maintenance jobs.
• Review and give feedback for work planned and scheduled by planners/ schedulers to ensure that they are consistently in line with actual site conditions. Coordinate with scheduler/ planner to propose the solution for shortening/ optimizing the maintenance schedule when realizing any chances.
• Arrange material, consumables, tools, working conditions, serving job execution on site.
• Directly work, supervise maintenance jobs at site, provide instructions to working teams to ensure compliance with job steps that are defined in the SWMS, maintenance procedures, safety and quality standards.
• Follow HS&E policies, procedures to identify and mitigate risks to the wellbeing of oneself and others in the workplace. Identify patterns of risky behaviors within the site work team, take appropriate actions to resolve these, escalate non-safety issues.
• Coordinate with Operations, Tech, HSE or other relevant Sections/ Division PIC for job execution, requiring cooperation of multi-parties.
• Review and confirm QA/QC checklist/ check sheet, ITP, QCR to ensure that work quality are achieved.
• Manage and update progress of job on site to scheduler, and leader.
• Carry out run test (if required), sign off PTW/ Work order before handing over to relevant Divisions, and confirm on actual work completion at site.
• Manage waste disposal, housekeeping at site to enhance safety compliance, and environmental protection, and job effectiveness & efficiencies.
• Proceed returning material and tools when work completed.
• Update actual work steps in worklog and worksheet, record failure code in failure check sheet, actual start/ finish time, job card.
• QA/QC: Implement AI – QA/ QC quality assurance/ quality control as per the established programs (Eg. QBO).

Maintenance Reliability

• Perform maintenance site supervision and management responsibilities for PM/ CM programs.
• Perform maintenance site supervision and management responsibilities for corrective actions determined in the investigations to address failures.

Turnaround and other projects: Perform site supervision for electrical equipment and system in TA and other projects as well, ensuring the jobs are executed and completed in line with safety, quality and schedule.

• Specialty/Qualification : Degree in Electrical Engineer or Equivalent
• Work Experience : Min 4 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance
• Skills :
  – English skill: Minimum TOEIC – 500 or equivalent
  – Must have working knowledge of electrical equipment and systems such as transformer, switchgear & MCC, UPS, EDG, motor, lighting & small power, earthing & lightning protection, cathodic protection, etc.
  – Familiar with electrical drawings and documents such as one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, control logic diagrams, schematics diagrams, equipment layouts, cabling layouts, earthing layouts, etc.
  – Knowledgeable with the local and international codes & standards such as TCVN, IEC, ISO, etc.
