Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning to select suitable supplier(s) for provision of the Comprehensive Maintenance Service for Online Analyzers in Refinery (Package 1/Package 2) for NSRP.
If your company is interested in this procurement package, please fill in and complete the questionnaire below in a sealed envelope, state clearly “RESPONSE FOR QUESTIONNAIRE OF COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR ONLINE ANALYZERS IN NSRP (PACKAGE 1 OR PACKAGE 2)” including 01 originals, 2 copies, electronic document by USB and send back to us by following address by 4:00pm, 6 Apr 2020 at the latest :

QUESTION 1: Does your company have a strong intention in providing Maintenance Service for Online Analyzers to NSRP as a Service Provider? if yes, please select at least one package below that you intend to provide.
o Package 1 – Comprehensive Maintenance Service for Online Analyzers in Refinery, Petrochemical and Off-Site Areas
o Package 2 – Comprehensive Maintenance Service for Online Analyzers in Utility Area and CEMS, WWMS & AAQMS Systems

QUESTION 2: Does your company have the necessary business licenses, permits and certificates to provide Maintenance Service for Online Analyzers to NSRP? if yes, please provide the notarized copy of these documents for the bidding package you intend to participate in
o Package 1 – Comprehensive Maintenance Service for Online Analyzers in Refinery, Petrochemical and Off-Site Areas
o Package 2 – Comprehensive Maintenance Service for Online Analyzers in Utility Area and CEMS, WWMS & AAQMS Systems
QUESTION 3: Does your company have any expat engineer/local (Vietnamese) engineer/local technician/personnel that under contracts with terms of at least 12 months qualified to perform Maintenance Service for Online Analyzers? If yes, please provide evidence (CV and Labor Contract) for all personnel that your company have for the bidding package you intend to participate in
o Package 1 – Comprehensive Maintenance Service for Online Analyzers in Refinery, Petrochemical and Off-Site Areas
o Package 2 – Comprehensive Maintenance Service for Online Analyzers in Utility Area and CEMS, WWMS & AAQMS Systems
QUESTION 4: Has your company ever provided Maintenance Service for Online Analyzers? If Yes, please provide list and copy of recent contracts within last three years (2017, 2018 and 2019) with value equal or more than fifty (50) thousand US dollar for the bidding package you intend to participate in, including below information:
