NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN PURCHASING SPECIAL PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND SAFETY WORKWEAR

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning to procure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Safety Workwear (collectively referred to as “the Goods”) as detailed in Appendix 1.

QUESTION 2: Does your company hold a valid Business License/Enterprise Registration Certificate for supplying Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Safety Workwear?

QUESTION 3: Is your company a manufacturer or an authorized distributor of the manufacturers listed in Appendix 1?

1.  Yes (specify manufacture/ authorized distributor)

If yes, please provide supporting documents (e.g., authorization letters, distribution agreements).

QUESTION 4: Does your company have at least three (3) years of experience supplying PPE to the oil and gas industry?

If yes, please provide copies of at least three contracts in the oil and gas industry from 2022, 2023, 2024, and/or 2025 which cover at least 50% of the similar items listed in Appendix 1. (provide excel file detailing each item covered within these contracts)

QUESTION 5: Does your company provide Certificate of Origin and Certificate of Quality/Certificate of Conformance issued by Manufacturer, Warranty certificate (at least 12 months) issued by the Supplier, Inspection Certificate from the Vietnam Department of Work Safety, as required by Circular No. 01/2021/TT-BLDTBXH.
