FOR PURCHASING STRAIGHT STRAIGHT RUN LOW SULPHUR FUEL OIL

Nghi son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is seeking spot purchasing offers for DSAR as following details:

• Product: STRAIGHT RUN LOW SULPHUR FUEL OIL (DSAR)
• Quantity:
  • • 1^st Batch: tentative 10,000 m3 (Test run cargo)
    • 2^nd Batch: tentative 40,000 m3
• Delivery window:
  • • 1^st Batch: From 1st to 10th Oct 2025
    • 2^nd Batch: tentative on 30th Nov 2025

The attached RFQ document contains all the necessary details.

If your company is interested in selling DSAR to NSRP, kindly submit your firm offer by submitting offers by 23:59 (Vietnam Time), September 3, 2025 to the following email addresses:

• Email subject must begin with: “DSAR Offer Submission”
• Your offer must include an authorized signature and company stamp.
• If DSAR is unavailable, NSRP can consider other feedstocks with specifications equivalent to DSAR (for example: VGO)

Please ensure your offer remains valid until 23:59 (Vietnam Time), November 30, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
