Question 1: Does your company have experience in providing service and supply wireless vibration monitoring system.

• Detailed company profile/brochure, including organization and technical manpower and its facilities (equipment, etc.)
• 03 contracts for the supply of equipment and spare parts for the wireless vibration monitoring system that the Contractor has performed within the last three (03) years, including general description of the contract, contract value, implementation time, and customer name.

Question 2: Does your company have 02 service engineers with ISO-18436-2 level 3 or higher certification to perform vibration monitoring and they must have at least 05 years of experience in this field and be knowledgeable about the monitoring system provided by the contractor?

Question 3: How does your proposal relate to a wireless vibration monitoring system and does the wireless vibration monitoring system meet minimum the specifications and technical requirements below?

1. System Monitor Capability & Diagnostic capabilities: The system should have advanced signal processing capabilities, calculate key indicators and perform envelope FFT or peak Vue locally
