NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN

FOR WELDING INSPECTION SERVICES

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for the procurement of to select suitable supplier(s) for the Contract for provision of WELDING INSPECTION SERVICES for NSRP.

If your company is interested in those procurement packages, please fill in and the complete questionnaire below and:

– Submit two (02) original copies in a sealed envelope, state clearly “RESPONSE FOR QUESTIONNAIRE FOR WELDING INSPECTION SERVICES” to the following address no later than 16:00, 10 April 2019 (local time)

QUESTION 2: Does your company have a strong experience to provide the Non-destructive testing service including Phase Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)/Radiography Testing (RT) and Long Range Ultrasonic Testing (up to 500^oC) for Refinery or Oil & Gas industry? (Please tick an appropriate option).
