NOTICE OF SALE PLAN

FOR SALE OF 1,500 MT OF POLYMER GRADE PROPYLENE (PGP)

Ref. No.:  HCO/RFP/2026/0029

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is preparing for Spot sale of PGP with following details:

• Product: Polymer Grade Propylene (PGP)
• Maximum Quantity: 1,500 MT +/- 5% at Seller’s option
• Delivery Schedule: Bidders are requested to propose a 3-day laycan within the period of 25-31 August 2026

If your company is interested in purchasing PGP from NSRP, please contact us via email with attention to Mr. Ta Hoai Nam, email: nam.th1@nsrp.com.vn, copy to dean.murphy@nsrp.com.vn and sam.ht@nsrp.com.vn to obtain a full set of Invitation for Proposal Documents (IFPDs).

You are requested to attach the detailed company profile and a notarized copy of the business/enterprise registration certificate to your email to obtain the IFPD.

Please submit an electronic copy of your proposal with the authorized signature and company stamp via email to nam.th1@nsrp.com.vn, copy to dean.murphy@nsrp.com.vn , sam.ht@nsrp.com.vn no later than 14:00 (Vietnam Time) on 13^th August 2026 (Proposal Closing Time).

Special notes to bidders that your proposal must be locked, your password shall be sent to NSRP when NSRP requests.

Proposals submitted after the Proposal Closing Time shall not be considered.
