Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee – Mr. Do Minh Tuan presented gifts to Management Board of NSRP

On the occasion of celebrating the upcoming Lunar New Year, on the morning of January 16th 2021, Mr. Do Minh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee paid pre-Tet visits to officials, employees in some units operating in Nghi Son town, including Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Co., Ltd (NSRP) and Nghi Son Iron and Steel Company.

Joining the delegation were representatives of leaders from the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Management Board of Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Zones, the Provincial Public Security, the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Provincial Labor Union, Nghi Son District and Provincial People’s Committee Office.

At NSRP, representatives of the Company Management Board reported to Mr. Do Minh Tuan and the delegation about efforts to overcome difficulties in production, business due to the heavy impact of the COVID-19 epidemic.

Accordingly, the Company ensured security and safety for the Refinery to operate stably. In 2021, the Company would restructure several fields, maximize business efficiency in order to compensate for the economic losses in the past year due to the impact of the pandemic.

On behalf of the leaders of Thanh Hoa province, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee – Mr. Do Minh Tuan presented gifts to the Company, wishing the leaders, officers, engineers, employees of the Company a happy new year with health, happiness and success and hoped that by 2021, the Company would have solutions to surmount difficulties and develop production and business stronger. Thanh Hoa province and the Chairman himself pledged to create favorable conditions for Nghi Son Refinery to operate in optimal conditions.
