NOTICE OF SALE PLAN

FOR SALE OF 5,000 MT OF FUEL OIL

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is preparing for spot sale of fuel with following details:

• Product: Fuel Oil
• Quantity: 5,000 MT +/- 5% at Seller’s option
• Delivery schedule: 08^th – 10^th April 2024

If your company is interested in purchasing Fuel Oil from NSRP, please contact us via email with attention to Ms. Hoang Thi Sam, email: sam.ht@nsrp.com.vn, copy to dean.anthony@nsrp.com.vn ; naoki.kawasaki@nsrp.com.vn to obtain a full set of Invitation To Bid Documents (ITBDs).

You are requested to attach the detailed company profile and a notarised copy of the business/enterprise registration certificate to your email to obtain the ITBD.

Please submit an electronic copy of your proposal with the authorized signature and company stamp via email to sam.ht@nsrp.com.vn, copy to Dean.murphy@nsrp.com.vn and naoki.kawasaki@nsrp.com.vn no later than 14:00 (Vietnam Time) on 01^st April 2024 (Proposal Closing Time).

Special noted to bidders that your proposal must be locked, your password shall be sent to NSRP after proposal closing time.

Proposals submitted after the Proposal Closing Time shall not be considered.
