NOTICE OF SALE PLAN
FOR SALE OF 6000 MT OF ON-SPEC POLYPROPYLENE

Ref. No.: HCO/RFP/2026/0006

Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is preparing for spot sale of On-spec Polypropylene with following details:

• Product             : ON-SPEC POLYPROPYLENE (NSY114G/NSJ105G)
• Maximum Quantity : 6000 MT (+/-20% at NSRP’s option)
• Delivery date : 11 – 28 February 2026

If your company is interested in purchasing On-spec Polypropylene from NSRP, please contact us via email with attention to Mr. Ta Hoai Nam, email: nam.th1@nsrp.com.vn, copy to dean.murphy@nsrp.com.vn and sam.ht@nsrp.com.vn to obtain a full set of Invitation for Proposal Documents (IFPDs).

You are requested to attach the detailed company profile and a notarized copy of the business/enterprise registration certificate to your email to obtain the IFPDs.

Please submit a sealed envelope containing your proposal to the following address no later than 14:00 (Vietnam Time) on 05^th February 2026 (Proposal Closing Time):
