NOTICE OF SALE PLAN

for Sale of 60,000 MT of Gasoline RON95 (EXPORT ONLY)

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is preparing for spot sale of fuel with following details:

• Product: GASOLINE RON95
• Quantity: 60,000 MT +/- 10% at Seller’s option
• Cargo size: 30,000 MT +/- 10% at Seller’s option
• Delivery schedule:
• 1st cargo from 15^th – 25^th June 2021, preferable loading schedule is 15^th  – 20^th  June 2021
• 2nd cargo (NSRP’s option) loading in end of June, early of July 2021

If your company is interested in purchasing Gasoline RON95 from NSRP, please contact us via email with attention to Ms. Hoang Thi Sam, email: sam.ht@nsrp.com.vn, copy to anh.lv@nsrp.com.vn and takeru.horiguchi@nsrp.com.vn to obtain a full set of Invitation To Bid Documents (ITBDs).

You are requested to attach the detailed company profile and a notarised copy of the business/enterprise registration certificate to your email to obtain the ITBDs.

Please submit an electronic copy of your proposal with the authorized signature and company stamp via email to sam.ht@nsrp.com.vn, copy to anh.lv@nsrp.com.vn and takeru.horiguchi@nsrp.com.vn no later than 17:00 (Vietnam Time) on 8^th June 2021 (Proposal Closing Time).

Proposals submitted after the Proposal Closing Time shall not be considered.
