NOTICE OF SALE PLAN

FOR SALE OF 65,000 KL OF DIESEL OIL  50PPM AND 10PPM

Ref. No.:  HCO/RFP/2023/0029

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is preparing for spot sale of fuel with following details:

• Product: DIESEL OIL 50PPM and 10PPM
• Quantity: 65,000 KL +/- 10% at Seller’s option
• Delivery schedule:
• 1^st Cargo (35,000 KL DO 50PPM+/-10%): Loading during 2^nd half of December 2023.
• 2^nd Cargo (30,000 KL DO 10PPM +/-10%): Loading during 2^nd half of December 2023.

If your company is interested in purchasing Diesel Oil from NSRP, please contact us via email with attention to Ms. Hoang Thi Sam, email: sam.ht@nsrp.com.vn, copy to dean.anthony@nsrp.com.vn ; naoki.kawasaki@nsrp.com.vn to obtain a full set of Invitation to Bid Documents (ITBDs).

You are requested to attach the detailed company profile and a notarized copy of the business/enterprise registration certificate to your email to obtain the ITBDs.

Please submit an electronic copy of your proposal with the authorized signature and company stamp via email to sam.ht@nsrp.com.vn, copy to Dean.murphy@nsrp.com.vn and naoki.kawasaki@nsrp.com.vn no later than 11:00 AM (Vietnam Time) on 1^st December 2023 (Proposal Closing Time).

Proposals submitted after the Proposal Closing Time shall not be considered.
