NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN- PURCHASING GAS DETECTION CAMERA

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for Firefighting and Rescue Equipment (the Goods) as Attachment 1.

If your company is interested in this procurement package, please fill in and complete questionnaire below and send email to lan.dt@nsrp.com.vn,  state clearly “Response for Questionnaire for Purchasing Gas Detection Camera  NO LATER THAN 19 AUGUST 2025. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

QUESTION 1: Does your company have business register license which covers “Equipment” and valid ISO 9001 certificate?

QUESTION 3: Is your company the original manufacturer or an authorized OEM distributor/sales agent for the “Equipment” specified in Appendix 1?

QUESTION 4: Does your company provide commitment to supply Goods with Certificate of Origin (CO), Certificate of Quality (CQ)

QUESTION 5: Does your company provide commitment to warranty and after-sale service for supplied goods listed on Appendix 1?.
