SURVEY QUESTIONAIRE AND SCREENING CRITERIA – FOR PURCHASING OF THE PERCHLOROETHYLENE – (CAS NUMBER: 127-18-4) FORCCR AND PENEX UNIT NORMAL OPERATION IN 2025

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of PerchloroethyleneChemical to select suitable supplier for supply the good.

QUESTION 1: Does your Company/Manufacturer have the necessary business licenses, permits and certificates to provide Perchloroethylene (C₂Cl₄) (such as Certificate of eligibility for production and trading of chemicals subject to conditional production and trading in the industrial sector…)?
