NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN

FOR BIO-INDICATION POND SYSTEM (RE-BID)

Subject: BIO-INDICATION POND SYSTEM

Ref. No.: 051/2019/NSRP-PS

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) intends to select an EPCC contractor (a Contractor handles Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) to sign a contract for “Bio- Indication Pond System” (the Contract).

If your company is interested in this procurement package, please fill in and the complete questionnaire below in a sealed envelope, state clearly “RESPONSE FOR QUESTIONNAIRE OF BIO-INDICATION POND SYSTEM” including 01 original and 2 copies and send back to us by following address by 4:00 PM, 28 March 2019 (Local time) at the latest.

Question 6: Kindly list out at least 3 Projects (construction) as below table which your company have completed/ has been implementing in the last five (5) years with construction Contract value of 15 MUSD or larger amount. The provision of full Contract copies for those Project is appreciated.
