NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN

FOR ENGINEERING, PROVIDE MATERIAL, INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING PACKAGE

FOR ADDITONAL ONLINE C8A ANALYZER IN PAREX UNIT (UNIT 045) and PH ONLINE ANALYZER IN CDU UNIT (UNIT 010) 

Subject: TO DESIGN, PROVIDE MATERIAL, INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING PACKAGE (for Additional Online C8A Analyzer in PAREX Unit (UNIT 045) and PH Online Analyzer in CDU Unit (Unit 010))

Ref. No.: 024/2020/NSRP-PS

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning to select suitable Contractor(s) for provision of the two packages as above. 

If your company is interested in these procurement packages, please fill in and complete the questionnaire below in a sealed envelope, state clearly “RESPONSE FOR QUESTIONNAIRE TO DESIGN, PROVIDE MATERIAL,  INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING PACKAGE” including 01 originals, 2 copies, electronic document by USB and send back to us by following address by 4:00 PM, 10th  Apr 2020 at the latest:

QUESTTION 1: Does your company have the necessary business licenses, permission, certificates or authorization to provide/supply materials and installation service for Industries plant?

QUESTION 2: Does your company have more than 02 years’ experiences (02 years is counted from the first Contract) to supply analyzer equipment and installation/ commissioning service?

If Yes, please kindly provide us at least 02 full copies of executed contracts in 02 years recently (The contract with same nature with our package).

QUESTION 3: Does your company have Quality Management System of ISO9001-2015 or equivalent, which is valid and presently in use.

QUESTTION 4: Has your company’s manpower been trained and qualified to carry out the analyzer installation and commissioning work?
