NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN FOR

LOCAL INSURERS FOR OPERATIONAL PHASE INSURANCE PROGRAM

FOR TWO YEARS

Ref. No: 087/2020/NSRP-PS

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of Local Insurers for Operational Phase Insurance Program.

ATTACHMENT 1 – SUMMARY OF SCOPE OF SERVICES

The scope of Services includes the following:

1. Issuance of all direct insurance policies including endorsements if any in the below table, on an admitted basis in full compliance with Vietnamese insurance law and regulations and accurately reflecting the reinsurance policies procured; and

2. Under NSRP’s direction, coordinate with the appointed insurance broker for all administration works during the policy period for the maximum insurance benefits of NSRP and to ensure the smooth communication among the local insurer, the appointed insurance broker and NSRP.
