Notice of procurement plan for PPU cleaning shutdown maintenance service

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning a procurement package to select suitable supplier(s) for provision of PPU CLEANING SHUTDOWN MAINTENANCE SERVICE for NSRP.

If your company is interested in this procurement package, please fill in and complete the questionnaires below and:

– Submit electronic copy in USB flash drive along with the following original copies.

– Submit two (02) original copies in a sealed envelope, state clearly “RESPONSE FOR QUESTIONNAIRE FOR PPU CLEANING SHUTDOWN MAINTENANCE SERVICE” to the following address no later than 6 August 2018

QUESTION 1: Does your company have a strong intention to be main contractor in providing PPU (Polypropylene production plant) cleaning shutdown service for piping, equipment water Jet cleaning, and inspection, repairing service for static / rotating / electrical and instrument equipment with some specific equipment such as extruder, rotary feeder, etc. to NSRP? (Please tick an appropriate option).

QUESTION 2: Does your company have the necessary business licenses, permits and certificates to provide maintenance service for the Oil & Gas/refinery & petrochemical field?

QUESTION 3: Does your company have at least 03 years’ experience in equipment maintenance and cleaning service for various kinds of equipment such as piping /vessel cleaning by water jet with high pressure, polymer de-plugging, inside piping/reactors inspection by bore-scope, etc. in polymer production facility?

QUESTION 4: Do you have the premise or detail plan to establish and maintain an office / workshop / warehouse near NSRP for technical support / quick response for site activity, fabrication / refurbishment for various kind of piping / equipment in small scale (big scale piping / equipment can be sent out to OEM vendor or other refurbishment workshop for repairing in professionally) and consumable material stocking/supply for maintenance service of NSRP field?
