Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of a package for “PROVISION OF CCR ABSORBENT” in order to select a suitable contractor for provision of the Goods for CCR Absorbent. The tentative date of commencement of the provision of this services will be around within May, 2019.

Please answer the questions below:
QUESTION 1: Does your Company/Manufacturer have clear intention in providing Chloride adsorbents for NSRP with the specification in Attachment 1?
QUESTION 2: Does your Company/Manufacturer have the necessary business licenses, certificates and authorized letter from Manufacturer (in case of Bidder is not Manufacturer) to provide Chloride adsorbents?
If Yes, please provide evidence.
QUESTION 3: Does your Company/Manufacturer have available Chloride adsorbents for supplying from beginning of Nov 2019?
If yes, please provide more detail about capacity of your stock.
QUESTION 4: Do your Company/Manufacturer have the experiences to supply the Chloride adsorbents refineries or chemical plants?
If Yes, please provide evidence list of your customers.
QUESTION 5: Does your Company/Manufacturer have technical supports after sales?
If yes, please provide some information about your technical supports.
QUESTION 6: What is the lead time of your company for providing these Chloride adsorbents as Table 1 (the time between receiving a purchasing order and delivery the chemical to NSRP plant at Tinh Gia, Thanh Hoa, Viet Nam followed CIP term defined in Incoterms 2010 published by the International Chamber of Commerce)?
