Subject: Local Insurer for the Operation Phase for Two (2) Years

Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for selection of a suitable service provider for the contract titled “Local Insurer for the Operation Phase for Two (2) years” for NSRP (Contract). A summary of the services to be provided under the Contract (Services) is attached to this Notice of Procurement Plan in Attachment 2. The tentative date of commencement of the Services will be by the 4th quarter of 2018.

NSRP plans to start the above mentioned procurement process very soon. If your company is interested in this procurement package, please respond to all requests of information and questionnaire stated in Attachment 1 to this Notice of Procurement Plan and send to the following address by 5.00 PM (Hanoi time) on 20 July 2018.

ATTACHMENT 2 – SUMMARY OF SCOPE OF SERVICES

The scope of Services includes the following:

1. Issuance of all direct insurance policies including endorsements if any, on an admitted basis in full compliance with Vietnamese insurance law and regulations and accurately reflecting the reinsurance policies procured; and
2. Under NSRP’s direction, coordinate with the appointed insurance broker for all administration works during the policy period for the maximum insurance benefits of NSRP and to ensure the smooth communication among the local insurer, the appointed insurance broker and NSRP.
